Avengers Age of Ultron: Movie Review
By ChicksLoveGeeks on April 30, 2015
Imagine a world where the bar was set so high it was çarşamba escort out of view. A world where blockbuster villains where so cool you wish they had more screen time. Imagine no more, just buy yourself a ticket for Avengers Age of Ultron and you’ll be part of that world.
The magic of seeing them together ( Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye) is gone but that simply means we moving on to other things. From the opening scene, which is one continuous shot to the team banter you feel like it’s been too long without them.
This time the team faces a foe of their own making. Ultron is a peace keeping program that Tony Stark and Bruce Banner cook up in a lab using Loki’s Scepter from the first movie. When this Shakespearian terminator challenges Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Captain America must pull the team together to answer the call.
James Spader owns the role of Ultron. From motion capture to the voice, this is the next best villain after Loki (if we can still call Loki a villain at this point). Ultron is the elephant in the room, better yet the Avengers tower. He hates the Avengers for not doing enough to save the world so they might as well die with it. The Avengers have issues with each other for resorting to such measures like Ultron to save the world.
This one (film) has more soul than its predecessor. You have to pay attention because there is so much content to get through, you might miss something if you blink. There are loop holes in character arcs and character motivations, some things just happen out of the blue and it’s a bit jarring.
The action scenes are great, nothing new but they fit the movie. Captain America’s shield is still a marvel to watch in action. Then there’s Vision, a great addition to the roster. Equally matched by the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.
Guys, buy a ticket and go watch this bad boy, it’s entertaining. Enough said.
